Thai spoon Serve As well as classic dishes like pad thai and fried rice, the first-generation Thai chefs are also serving up traditional dishes like som tam and drunken noodles.

“What sets this restaurant apart is the passion and knowledge that goes into creating traditional Thai cuisine,” Brian said in a statement.

Meanwhile, as this is the first restaurant the duo have opened, there are currently no plans to open more Thai Spoon locations. However, with the support of the local Thai community, the owners are optimistic that the venture will be a success.

“The Thai community here in Central Florida is very close-knit, so I actually get a lot of support from competitors in the region, and I think that's the beauty of Thai culture,” Bryan said in a statement.
