The City of Menifee has announced Melody Thai Cuisine as a Business Spotlight for July as part of the Economic Development Authority's B3 (Building Better Businesses) program.
Melody Thai Cuisine, located at 26846 Cherry Hills Blvd., is a family-owned business. Owner Pramuan (Nya) Vox opened her first restaurant in Thailand at the age of 17 before moving to Hawaii and eventually Menifee. She opened her flagship Jazz Her Melody Thai BBQ in Bellflower, followed by her Melody Thai Cuisine in 2022.
Vox wants to share a taste of Thai culture by bringing new and exciting experiences to our guests. She draws on her own travels and her experiences to create unique yet traditional Thai cuisine. Classic dishes include Khao Soi, Spicy Basil Fried Rice, various curries, Drunken Noodles, Pineapple Fried Rice, Pad Thai and many other signature Thai dishes.
From employees to patrons, Vox embraces each and every person as their own and treats them like family. Most of the time, she's in the kitchen cooking delicious food, but she still finds time to visit restaurants and greet restaurant guests tableside. Ms. Vox gets to know her patrons and she remembers their favorite dishes and creates meals based on their dietary needs. She also found a way to make curry without curry to accommodate the dietary restrictions of her guests and allow everyone to experience the taste of Thai cuisine.
Melody Thai Cuisine is actively involved in the community and contributes to multiple organizations including Paloma Valley High School, Arts Council Menifee, Cherry Hills Golf Club, Menifee Women's Club, and Menifee Senior Programs and Clubs.
Vox has a special feeling for Menifee's military community, as her husband, Derek, is a veteran. To show her support for veterans, Ms. Vox has hosted and catered many events honoring local military customers and their families during her short time as a Menifee business owner. I'm here.
“Melody Thai Cuisine has strengthened Menifee's emerging culinary scene with a fresh and exciting take on classic Thai cuisine,” said Mayor Pro Tem Bob Kerwin. “Not only are they making an impact through their kitchens, but their commitment to the community is making a positive difference in the lives of Menifee residents.”
The City of Menifee Business Spotlight is a free business recognition program designed to raise awareness of a variety of local businesses and their contributions to the Menifee community. Selected applicants, nominated by the community, will be recognized at a special City Council presentation and will receive a complimentary 30-second professional video of themselves developed by the Economic Development Authority and featured on the City's business website.
Nominations are encouraged to recognize Menifee businesses that contribute to the betterment of the Menifee community. To nominate a business, visit www.cityofmenifee.us/businessspotlight.
